Who we are

Elf Assembly is a fantasy-industrial cooperative of elves who make toys, tools, and small wonders by hand. Part workshop, part experiment in cooperation, we prove that good work comes from working together.

A cooperative of magical makers

We work together, share skills, and look out for one another. No lone geniuses, no racing to the finish line, and no elbows on the bench. Every toy that leaves the workshop carries a bit of collective effort with it.

Some elves carve, some stitch, some paint, some test. All of it matters. If you’re curious how the work is divided, you’ll find each craft has its own place in our workshops and departments.

The Assembly belongs to the elves who keep it running.

Every elf is a member-owner. Everyone gets a say. Decisions are made together, information is shared openly, and leadership exists to help the work along, not to boss anyone about. There are no shareholders peering in through frosted windows. No one can sell the Assembly, split it up, or turn it into something shinier but emptier. It stays in elf hands, exactly as intended. This way of working reflects our shared values, and keeps the workshop fair, steady, and surprisingly calm, even in December.

Fair work, fair rewards

We don’t work for profit. We work for pride, balance, and a job well done.

All elves contribute on equal terms, and all are rewarded accordingly, with cookies, candy, and the occasional experimental sweet that probably shouldn’t be eaten before noon. Treats are shared fairly, enjoyed together, and never stockpiled under workbenches. We do check.

When the Assembly is going well, everyone feels it. When things get tricky, everyone lends a hand. No elf is left behind, and no elf is quietly doing three jobs at once.

Elf Assembly may look festive, but it’s built on some serious ideas about fairness, cooperation, and making things properly.
